The Bulk Decoupling tool allows you to deactivate multiple gateways or pair multiple newly activated gateways to vehicles at once.
Why Pair or Deactivate Gateways?
- Replacing a Samsara Gateway in a Vehicle: When replacing a gateway, you may deactivate the old gateway from your dashboard, activate your new device's serial number, then pair the newly activated device with the original vehicle.
- Moving a Samsara VG from One Vehicle to Another: When moving a gateway from one vehicle to another, you may deactivate the gateway from your dashboard, reactivate the device's serial number, and rename the newly activated device to reflect the new vehicle.
