To make the best use of this feature
Safety coaches are recommended to use daily Driver Coaching Reports to keep track of their upcoming coaching tasks.
Supervisors overseeing coaches are recommended to use weekly Safety Manager Coaching Reports for a high-level summary of coaches' completed tasks.
How to configure

- If weekly, select which day of the week the report should be sent
- If daily, choose a time of day for the email to be delivered
- Under Recipients, select an existing Alert Contact to receive this report. Click Manage to add or edit any contacts first
The Driver Coaching Report
This scheduled report sends coaching history by driver, using the past day's or past week's data (based on the daily/weekly frequency you select):
- Driver name
- Driver's last date and time coached
- Quantity of harsh events where coaching was completed
- Quantity of harsh events needing coaching
- Names of safety managers assigned to their harsh events
- Current safety score
The Safety Manager Coaching Report
This scheduled report includes data on your fleet's coaches based on harsh events assigned to them, using the past day's or past week's data (based on the daily/weekly frequency you select):
- Safety manager name
- Date and time of their last coaching
- Quantity of harsh events coached
- Quantity of harsh events reviewed
- Quantity of harsh events dismissed
- Quantity of harsh events needing coaching
- Quantity of harsh events needing review
- Total harsh events assigned to them
In addition to the reported information shown in the email body, both scheduled reports include a CSV attachment with the same data.
Tags and Coaching Scheduled Reports
Coaching Scheduled Reports are based on Drivers, not Vehicles. This means that the reports will show the data for drivers assigned to the user's tag(s). For example, a coach who is a tag admin for a group of drivers will see their driver's data in the reports. On the other hand, a tag with only VGs/vehicles will not generate data on these reports.
