To enable more transparency and accountability, customers can now see an audit log for each harsh event.
To navigate to the Harsh Event Audit Log, click on Fleet > Reports > Safety Inbox and select a harsh event from the list. The audit details will be found on the lower section of a specific harsh event page.
The audit log will include the name of the user and the timestamp of the following:
- Coaching status changes
- Harsh event label changes
- Safety manager assignment changes
- Comments from all users
