Removing a gateway from an organization is predominantly meant for non-ELD customers. In the case that you need historical and compliance information from a gateway, please do not remove the device from your organization. Please contact the support team for more information.
To remove a gateway from an organization please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Settings page on the Samsara Dashboard
2. Select Gateways under the Devices section on the left side of the page
3. Locate the gateway you'd like to remove and press the Remove button
4. A box will open up asking "Are you sure you want to remove gateway?". Press OK.
