How do I access Live Chat?
After signing into your Samsara Cloud Dashboard, select the Support tab. This will redirect you to the our Knowledge Base in a new tab. In the lower right hand corner, you'll see a button for Live Chat.
Please keep in mind live chat is best for answering simple, how-to type questions, like "How do I edit a driver's HOS log?" or "How do I activate my gateway?". The live chat widget will remain as you navigate through the Knowledge Base to different articles.
What are the hours of operation?
Live chat is available M-F 6am-6pm PST. Have something more complicated? Our dedicated Support Team is here to help you as usual by phone or email, 24 hours a day M-F and 8am-5pm PST Saturday and Sunday.
