The time stamps reflected on the Samsara Cloud Dashboard is based on the time zone as configured on the computer (or mobile device) you are viewing the site on, with the exception of driver Hours of Service logs.
HOS logs are based on the Home Terminal Timezone as configured under Settings > Drivers for that particular driver on the Dashboard. Drivers should be advised to configure their mobile device to automatically set date and time.
How to Set your Fleet Time Zone:
In order to set your Fleet’s time zone, you will go to Settings > General > Time Zone.
If you would like to set specific time zones for individual drivers, you can do so by navigating to Settings > Drivers > Edit.
Scroll down to Home Terminal Timezone to select.
