Fleet administrators can reset passwords and usernames, or app credentials, for a specific driver.
Note: If you need to reset passwords for all of the drivers in your Fleet, reference our article on Setting a Common Password for Drivers.
Steps to Reset Username and/or Password for a Driver
1. Navigate to Settings > Drivers > Edit in your Samsara Cloud Dashboard.
2. Edit username in the same field and/or select Change Password to reset.
3. Scroll down and click Save.
