Harsh Event Reports - Dash Cam

The Dash Cam report allows fleets with cameras installed to chronologically see photos and videos taken along trips.

Photos are taken every 2 minutes and videos are automatically uploaded upon detection of a harsh driving event or by Video Retrieval request.

To view the report, go to Fleet > Report > Dash Cam. The report list view includes a column with the vehicle, number of harsh events and recorded images and videos.

The count of recorded images and videos as well as harsh events is specific to the time range selected at the top of the page, summing only over that duration.

Selecting a vehicle will bring up a page that is viewable either by harsh incident or by trip. The default view is by harsh event. Toggling to the “All Trips” view, allows you select an individual trip.

The next step is to select a vehicle trip to view.

Clicking on a trip will show all the assets associated with that trip. There is a left and right arrow that will allow for browsing photos, and you can leverage your keyboard left and right keys as well. On the right side, there is a map that shows the start and end location of the trip. At the bottom there is a timeline of photos that allows you to click into photos out of chronological order.
