Digital forms are custom forms made by your organization for you to complete through the Samsara Driver App. Digital forms can be any day-to-day workflow you might have completed on paper, such as safety inspections, equipment inspections, or incident reports.
If you need to pause or delay the completion of a digital form and complete it at a later time, you can save your progress. Digital forms enables you to save so that you can edit a form at a later time and submit it when you are ready.
To access and complete a digital form, perform the following workflow:

From the Samsara Driver App, tap Forms.

Select Start a Form.

Choose the name of the form you need to complete.

Fill out the fields, or select the appropriate responses for each inspection item.

If there is an inspection item issue, select Add a Note on the item and record the issue.
To avoid duplicate issues, the Samsara Driver App also displays current known issues for an asset. For more information on issues, see Report an Issue through Connected Forms.

If a signature field is required, Sign the box with your signature. Then tap Done to return to the form.

Submit the form if it is complete.
Otherwise, to save a draft of a digital form to complete at a later time:

Tap the blue back arrow at the top left corner of the form.

When prompted to save your progress, tap Save.
To resume or delete a saved digital form draft, perform the following workflow:
